New 2023 tariffs for filing financial statements
New 2023 tariffs for filing financial statements
February 2023 – You will pay slightly more for filing your annual accounts this year. This is due to annual indexation.
Filing the annual accounts is an important annual agenda item for every company. As a manager, you must file the annual accounts within seven months of the end of the financial year and within 30 days of their approval by the general meeting.
A specific fee is charged for this disclosure. This fee consists of the publication costs for the collection and publication of the documents by the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) and a contribution to the operating costs of the Belgian Accounting Standards Commission (CBN).
